    Conditions are managed based on ACSM, Best Practice and Therapeutic Guidelines as well as clinical judgements.  Programs are designed to improve body systems such as neurological, lympathetic, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory and musculoskeletal. 

    • Musculoskeletal: Joint replacements, chronic & acute muscle tears, strains and sprains,  joint range of motion, Arthritis, Lower back pain, Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis. Manual Therapy, taping applications, soft tissue manipulations, Hot and Cold Therapy and rehabilitation exercises. Therapy goal to improve anatomical function.  
    • Pulmonary: COPD, Asthma Lung Disease and Respiratory conditions. Therapy goal to improve thoraic function, strength and respiratory pathways  
    • Metabolic: Diabetes Type 1 & Type 2, Weight Management, Kidney Disease, Metabolic Syndrome, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Goal: to use aerobic and resistance training to improve endocrine function.   
    • Neurological: Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke. Therapy goal to improve CNS and motor function impairments.  
    • Cancer:  All types. Therapy goal to improve lymphatic drainage, fatigue and physiological capabitities.  
    • Cardiac: Hypertension, Ischemic Heart Disase, Chronic Heart Failure. Program goal is to improve your cardiovascular system and the operating function of your heart.
